Definately is, but the people who arent able to get it are going to miss out on everything!
The Habbo Club tool is also broken at the moment so they wont have a chance to get in anyway.
It's just another scheme for Sulake to make more money out of people.
They should start all Habbos off with a few pieces of complimentary furniture incase they cant buy credits.
