Option 1 and option 4 stand out the most for me.

I like option 1 and 2, I think 1 is more stylish but 2 can be worn in more places without looking like you shouldn't be wearing those sort of shoes.

I'd say option 1 or 2, 4's also quite nice but I don't like number 3 at all :P!

I'd go for option one.

3 is lush, 2 is ew, 4 ok 1 ok
