If you lower the bitrate it would be even more ****, no other fansite allows qualities below 96 kb/s. Quite frankly those who can't handle it need a new computer, because even my most rubbish one can. As for the issue at hand, I can't comment as I don't really tune in anymore.
It's not their computer that needs upgrading it's the package with their isp. I know it sounds harsh but if you can't handle it you shouldn't be allowed the job.Quote:

Just because somebody is buffering on a HABBO RADIO (just for those that thought it ws radio 1) does not warrant them to go and buy new internet/computers. As long as theyre told to lower the bitrate if its buffering for everyone, not just an individual then thats more than fair.
When you put it like that it sounds like I'm being a little OTT but in fairness if someone can bearly handle 64kbs they wouldn't be able to load more than one page, which is a huge flaw. They need the panel for requests and habbo to interact with the community, if they can't offer that, they should be a radio dj. It should be a criteria just like a microphone.Quote:
