Mhm, a little more texture on the shoulder ruffles would do a treat :) make them layered perhaps? Possibly a slight change in where the dress is being held or the position of the hand or something :P because it doesn't look like anything is holding it up :).

looks like you've just added a ribbon to your WIP and called it finished. I like the blue ribbon rather than the red as the colour isn't so harsh.
Use a darker colour than just plain white and to show ruffles, folds, shadow, etc. and use a darker blue.
