I'd say have a chat with her, if it turns into an argument just tell her that if she's going to be how she is you'd rather not be friends any more.
Her friend messaged me telling me to leave her alone as if she was the victim. I told her we needed a break and so I aint talked to her in 3 days now. Not even going to bother initiating contact anytime soon.
That sounds sensible tbh.

and if you're one of those people that wanna stay friends, it's possible you just have to wait awhile
i've had 3 proper boyfriends and i didn't speak to any of them for about 2 months after the breakups, it gives you both time to get over it and then you can start talking again just as friends
not all the time but it's much better than that awkward feeling when you see them around and act like they don't exist

&i just read that she was being short in her texts, maybe its her who's being off and she just doesn't notice it
I wouldn't say you have to fully break off all contact, but maybe calm it down a bit. Limit speaking to her, like once a week or something, and just see how it goes.
You're going to uni in september, right? If you still care about her, just try and make the most of it while you still can, you'll meet a whole new group of people at uni anyway.
