1) A charismastic, charming, handsome, respectful and chivalrous gentleman of high upbringing. A 'Prince Charming' so to speak in many aspects. (My god...he was the man of my dreams...such a William...)
2) Someone who has selective hearing, and has a habit of ignoring people. (why are you such a william today, you keep ignoring me.)

I also looked up Billy since it's a shorter name for William and that I use this name more:
1) A commonly used name for a boy. usually people would define a billy as very plain, but if you were to get to know one, you would see how amazing and fun he really is.
