Working fine now. I'm sure everyone using IE does it just to annoy you two smart gentlemen (well one smart gentleman, hoteluser was nominated for sexiest female at the last staff awards) ;)

I can seeeeeeeeeeeeeee cheers bumflaps have a brownie point
All that fuss and then richie decides to become staff, so that was removed from his usertitle tonight anyway!
Can't you just kill him in the face anyway? :(
Strange how a usertitle can cause so many problems :S When was the usertitle created?
What did it even do and I agree let's kill Richie before he can quit and change it back
Internet Explorer wont let you remove a node with Javascript until that node's closing tag has run. Since I was using inline Javascript to remove the span containing his usertitle it tried to remove the span prior to the tag closing so it returned an error and refused to finish rendering a page. The bottom line here is, don't use Internet Explorer. Even though it was easy to set a delay on the inline Javascript to run after the tag had been closed, every other browser was able to determine what was going on and function perfectly.
