Well obviously, still I think two false starts would be much more fair - on the runners and the audience.

Shocking indeed, however i dont believe as shocking as a white guy in the World Finals of the 100m sprint :P

I think this is quite unfair, they should get more than one chance before dq in my opinion. :P
