I do not lie when I say this, but Mike is one of the very best department managers this place has seen, he has proved he has been such a success - they held onto him for 2 years!!! Mike, you're absolutely amazing and a really lovely guy, we've had some interesting conversations in the past, we had a great time working together over HxSS, but most of all, whenever I needed a rant when I was here you were always up for listening!

What else can I say but welcome to the ex-managers club, wooo! xx

Although I don't talk much to you, Michael, I can still see the effort, time and energy you've put towards your department. 2 years are quite long but still, you've done an amazing job. It's sad to see you leave. You're a really good manager and will surely be missed. Good luck!
