Having only the owner able to trade is such a great idea! Stops those people who trade you when you're in the last two in falling furni and making you fail.

Looks good! I'm guessing this means you can put trade on in any room when it's not in the trade section. This means games can actually be put in the games section instead of the trading section which has always bugged me a little :P
Yeah, thats exactly what it is! Trading only for the room owner will be massively fantastic aswell!
