I don't think it will last long, people will probably just spam with pointless ideas.
Ooh, I agree with @Toilet; they should have named it 'Submit and idea' rather than 'Report an idea'.. would have mad more sense!
'Report an idea' didn't we have something simalar with that uservoice thing? People would rate your ideas and so on? Not sure what happend to that!
