Thanks everyone, its so silly, been a day and still has the same message about assigning a help desk person to my appeal. I Made a spare account and have 5 days vip on there in the hope they sort it in that amount of time :)

Indeed it has. I got a month advertising a porn site (albeit a fake one as a joke).
Awh that's hardly fair. However it is well known that the words "cam" and "webcam" are caught in the filter and are words that can lead to a ban. Hope you get unbanned soon!
