but yeah aftersun is lovely, even the cheap stuff is nice. I think they actually sell it in poundland too!!

Only thing you can do, is wait it off. Once it's not as bad, have a cold shower.

Okay, it's no longer hurting :D yay! It has turned somewhat brown.

I would put cream on it.. I have sunburn all over my arms and it's killing me XD But if you put something like E45 or Hydromol it really cools it down. Vaseline cream can help too though.

i didn't wear any in the sun either and my legs got so badly burned i could hardly walk last night and i got a heat rash all up my arms :-( i took a shower and it made me feel a lot better.

I got sunburnt on my hands and neck yesterday but only the hands that stings. so annoying. :(

Not burnt after being out in it all weekend with no sun cream :O I would try the aloe vera gel as mentioned :)
