Well it was worth a shot. So what they really are talking about is pretty much just like eBuddy, but for Habbo. doesn't seem all that great to me, lmao.

Well Habbo uses flash, iOS doesn't have flash. So I don't know what else they can do it for it unless they change the way Habbo works.
The Habbo iOS thing is just going to be Habbo Chat (Console) and maybe trading? It won't be a full-blown Habbo client because of Flash, but I think they are able to make the chatting and trading parts work in an iOS application.

Thanks for calling me and idiot and -repping me because I'm some what spreading crap. From what I am aware iOS devices still don't have flash, well they don't support flash in terms of the browser anyway. I'm pretty sure they don't support flash fully even with that link you have shared. Maybe @Shorty; or someone can confirm whether it can actually work like that or not.
The iOS app is going to be a Messenger for Habbo, I think Habbo are looking into a full blown mobile client, but nothing is being announced yet.
