I don't know how old you are but it's best to wait till your body has developed a little more before you start weightlifting and such.. mass gainer , isn't that to put on weight.. high in carbs? If anything cut your routine down, you're going the gym nearly everyday and I doubt you're eating enough to see the results because you're working it all off. what is your weight now? and do you have a target weight? When I started I was 10 stone 4 pounds and now I'm 13 stone 7 pounds.. I have a digestive disorder which makes it hard for me to gain weight, but obviously it can be done. Maybe 3 days a week and 2 hour sessions ?
You can continue taking the shakes as much as you want.. I know people who take them everyday, I personally don't but I do eat a lot.. and I do eat A LOT of meat. Though im not sure if the shake you're taking might be best in your situation.
As for the results, it's very hard to gain muscle and even weight if you're young. It will come, train hard, eat lots of meat and maybe change your shake and you'll be on your way!
