The wf_act_give_reward is capable of given any numbers of furniture, and, or badges to any number of users, any number of times. Giving it to a regular Habbo would be a colossal error.

Are you sure these users have these pieces of furniture? I've had a look but am unable to verify. Perhaps a screenshot?

Yep im 100% sure! it was placed in a room owned by him lol
that means users such as event etc have them..... maybe someone should inform somebody lol?
