not delayed, it always was 12pm gmt, someone just mucked up ONE of the forum posts, when it said from 12bst to 12 gmt on monday tho they wer obv going mad in the first place lmao, they stated elsewher that it would be gmt to gmt so ya

BTS said 12 forum time as well, and countdown was set to midday bst, and mod edu posted and put on homepage at midday bst
