I say Eh-Ch / Ay-ch. I think Ay-ch is the correct way.

...I never knew there was a difference between free/three.
I always pronounce TH as either F or V - not a different sound :(. It just sounds the same to me, for example:
The (th = V)
Three (th = F) when people say I pronounce it wrong, when they say it, it sounds the same to me. So very confusing :(
