That's good an all but I would like to know what's been changed.
I don't know if this is new, it might have been in before, but Sulake basically saying they can get rid of your account if you haven't logged on for 180 days, or if Habbo closes:
WITHOUT LIMITATION, WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR LICENSE TO THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU IF: (A) YOU BREACH THESE TERMS OR ANY APPLICABLE ADDITIONAL TERMS INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE HABBO WAY; (B) YOU HAVE NOT ACCESSED YOUR ACCOUNT FOR 180 DAYS; OR (C) IF THE SERVICE IS GOING TO BE SHUT DOWN OR MERGED WITH OTHER SITES AND/OR SERVICES. IN THESE SITUATIONS YOUR ACCOUNT LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICE OR A PART THEREOF WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATED. IN SUCH EVENT, SULAKE SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REFUNDS, BENEFITS OR OTHER COMPENSATION TO USERS IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH DISCONTINUED SERVICES. That's most likely been in there for a while now. Reason being as it mentions if the service has been merged - When all the hotels got merged and if you didn't merge your accounts after so long then you could no longer gain access to it.Quote:
