Doesn't seem very fair to them both as I can imagine they're both pretty intense roles, dealing with moany brats on-client and off-client must be a nightmare. lolol okay slight exaggeration. If it's about a change-over into a new system then it makes sense that there'd be a few bugs to sort out first.

Well it used to be 3-4 weeks + before I got a reply, if I even did get one, so 2 weeks seems like an improvement!

That two month delay was for around 2-3 months in 2012. Most of 2012, beginning and end there was less than a week wait. Same for beginning of 2013 too. Just since February has the delay been 10-20 days. We just remember the bad, not the good, innate human trait.
