No matter how much the government does or how much India develops, it's people who need to change their thinking and most especially those maniacs who think they can get away with raping girls and treating them as sex slaves. Can you imagine how ****** up this is..on one hand you worship female figures and on the other there is female foeticide, high discrimination on the basis of your sex, ****** up male to female sex ratio and frequent assaults on girls. A bill has been passed in the Indian Parliament which states that there will be a lifetime rigorous imprisonment for any kind of rape or sexual assault but the cases do not seem to decrease? Male chauvinist Hindu society especially in Central India are the primary reason, no one has been spared - a 23 year old paramedic, a 5 year old girl, a Swiss trekker. What's the use of being a developing country or the world's largest democracy when your citizens don't feel safe? And let me remind you that this is the country where people worship cows.

I am so ashamed that I can't do anything about this, because you can get people to hold mass protests and demonstrations but in the end what we Indians need is a change in our thinking, but no one is ready to change.

People doing this should be shot. Even if the kid was 15 and got raped , the one doing this should be shot. I hate seeing innocent kids getting treated like this!

If a man is found guilty of rape he should have his penis removed.
