Play a game, usually BF3 and stick it on max volume mm that bass.
I wait until the next day when my mood restarts as normal and hope it doesn't get ******* up.
Positive thinking. Remind yourself of the things that you take for granted (roof over your head, food in your belly etc) and then your petty problem* seems pretty stupid to get upset about. Tomorrow's a new day and all that jazz.
*If it's actually something serious then talking it over with someone you can trust to give honest but in a caring way advice.
