last year was £95 a week with about £30 a week bills, 40 week contract
next year will be £85 and probably about £25 in bills. 42 week contract, but got to pay for summer rent as well, that's £60 a week for 12 weeks.
Yea, it is def location. My halls were brand new and my 3rd year apartment was only built. The guy was an architect and did it himself so it was lovely, and always warm. I only paid like £50 for electricity and heat for like the whole year.Quote:
