Don't! They are not very popular nymore ;)
They are not popular, and there are already some "successful" militaries/armies out there, so even if there's people interested in it, most probs they will join those successful, known ones.
I would suggest not making one, as there's already some established militarie/armies in the hotel, and the number of people joinging these are decreasing and decreasing.
