Define 'CHAV'

Around here it's someone who is violent, wears tracksuits or similar, smokes, drinks recklessly, underage sexi teims, terrorises people and so on

I didn't have an opinion before I read the wikipedia. So it is now my opinion.
However, asking someone in my house - a chav around here is someone who wears a lot of cheap jewelry and gold, silver and so forth
