Ironically, no. She's 16 apparently, whilst the drinking age in California is 21. Although in the video they all have paper cups, so maybe they were all pretend drunk.

True in some ways, but at the end of the day she definitely got the last laugh. Must have made a fortune off of that song, and has pretty much set her self up for decades. I'd do a **** song like that to achieve that.
