IHOP is giving out three free buttermilk pancakes today! :) When I do get mine later today I'll just have a little syrup on them.

I don't like pancakes, so I'm not having any! I don't want to sound stupid if this is obvious and known to most people but... Why do pancakes have their own special day :O?
I'm not having any today unfortunately. If I do have some this week I will have my usual sugar and lemon on them.
I don't really like pancakes but they're alright with strawberry jam I guess.
