There is a four month gap between Cotton Candy Stand and Seance Book that I don't like. Otherwise seems pretty good.

Not totally sure about the Seance Book. I didn't have it with the Museum's Credit Rares. I'm pretty sure it was a "Revolting Rare" but it was listed as a Bonus Rare in Habbox's Rare Values.

Some will be fine, I used to add them within a day of noticing them being available or a staff member reporting it. But yeah I generally wouldn't rely on the 'release date' given by Habbox.com.. as Sam pointed out it's annoyingly uneditable.
