On top of that, it's a two way street. If you win a prize, you shouldn't expect them to remember that they owe you something especially if your name is in a long list of people (comps winners for instance), you need to ask for it sometimes as well.

I don't think there's much of a problem with competition prizes. They send you a PM and you reply stating whether you want your prize or not, it's quite simple. I think the issue is not getting prizes after a big competition has taken place rather than the normal competitions by the comps department.

We get X amount of credits from Jin every so often when he is able to give us any. That will last us for so long and any of the other credits come from other people who have donated or out of own pocket. No we do not use the black market to fund ourselves.

Well I was using that as an example rather than saying that they're not any good at giving prizes out. Just pointing out that people need to make the effort to go get their prize too. It's a shame really, I would've loved to have the option of those donation rooms where you can just drop it in!
