Yeah I enjoy being alone more than average but it's like if I don't text back straight away (literally... straight away), wanting to know what I'm doing all the time. I hate small talk as well so stuff like that. It's hard to put a label on it though and I can't say what is too much until I'm actually experiencing itQuote:

The last breakup I had she just kind of stopped replying to texts and started ignoring me.. That was an interesting one.. I still have no idea why to this day[emoji23] Been with my current girlfriend for nearly four years and I'm pretty sure she would of ended it a long time ago if she couldn't put up with me and my antics.

One was ldr and I only saw him every 2 months and we'd just argue when we weren't together.
Last one he was cheating for 5 months. I was playing a game on his phone - he let me and a message came through from a girl in which he'd asked to meet up for sex but he denied it and said he'd given the account to a friend at college. I let it go but eventually realized I was being taken for a mug.
I nearly got with someone else this year, we were dating then I found out when he was going down to London with work, he actually had a girlfriend down there. I've been single ever since, haven't had the best of luck haha

My own emotional maturity I think made a lot, if not all of my past relationships fail. I've pushed more people away through that then anything else they'd have done.
I'm much more grown up though and after 2 years in my current relationship, I think it's fair to say I've proven that I have grown more mature in that area.
Distance is also a big deal because all of my past relationships were like girls who were in Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and London which is a fair distance to where I lived in Devon, it was a big distance for me being the age I was at the time. Course with age you earn some money, get a bit wiser about the world and long distance isn't as tough as it used to be. Still tough, but not as tough.
My current relationship started short distance (I mean 5 miles lol) but now it's like 400 miles because she's in Bristol and I'm in Edinburgh so that's er... yeah, tough haha.
(also the fact I'm friends with like all my exes shows I'm not a ***** about breakups MUCH LMAO)
All my relationships have ended differenrlt but when I look back I think its because ive alsways been quite mature where the other hasnt and ive always wanted things they nesesscerily didnt. But ive been in a stable relationship for nearly 2 years and we both want the same things. So I thing that it just depends on what the people want in the relationship... and I probably was too mature for my age... :/
I'm actually shocked how long my last relationship was as really it should have ended long before it did.
There were a few things that were forgiven in my last relationship which was probably why we were together for a fair while.
To make it short, some of the reasons why he broke up with me:
- He was finishing college.
- He had no money, and he didn't really have money from his job as the distance was too much, for the job @lawrawrrr; helped him get.
- He was embarrassed because I was shy, yet when I was outgoing I also embarrassed him.
- I was inexperienced (I was more experienced than him).
The reasons why I should have broke up with him long before:
- He didn't care or comfort me when my Nanny passed away.
- I paid for everything.
- He used to change plans we had made to suit his family when he rarely saw me anyway.
- He chatted up my sister and Laura and he knew how I felt about the former as another ex (online) had gone for my sister too.
- The distance wasn't too bad, but it was my dad who had to drive him to and from his house.
- We never had a proper date.
- We never went out anywhere.
- We never saw each other, and if we did it was for a couple of hours.
- When I was at his house, staying over he didn't even feed me properly. I had 3 packets of crisp and that's it. I had one drink which I wouldn't have got if I didn't buy the milk for him.
- He was embarrassed by me.
- He used to say brb via text, I'd end up texting hours later to find he was going to bed. So we never spoke either.
- He was chatting up girls and asking them dirty questions on Ask.fm (I confronted him about this).
After we broke up I didn't know what to do, he broke up with me over text and I deserved more than that. So I met up with him for answers and he said he only wanted a break until college was over. We unofficially got back together which he lied about.
Someone, the day after I saw my ex asked for my number at work and we ended up texting for 11 hours straight. A couple of days later I asked my ex what he constituted as cheating, and he said I could pretty much do anything. He said I could do anything as I was inexpererienced. I knew there was no going back for me and my ex so I kept texting this other person, we got closer and became an item. My ex had the nerve to say I cheated on him even though we weren't together (even unofficially as he lied about it). I cut him out of my life and I'm so much better without him. Although he tried bad mouthing the other guy I was talking to, telling me he was a cradle snatcher for being 5/6 years older than me, got told by his friend that he was my rebound. It's a shame that, they were so wrong because that guy, I'm still with now and it's our 2 year anniversary this month, although we had a break due to someone trying to worm his way onto my good side as he has a massive crish on me.

Tl;Dr My ex was an absolute idiot.
early ones; i was shy and prude, didn't lose my virginity at 13 like everyone else
first serious; he cheated, stayed with him so i could revenge cheat. he didn't care about it and dumped me anyway. felt crap, don't do it! he's married and divorced already because of domestic violence.
next two: cultural clashes, family didn't like me bc ew white girl. i also drank and they thought they were holier than me cause they didn't. they were both very cold, insensitive people eugh. should have dumped em long before but stayed cause thought i needed a relationship to be happy.
high school ones - mainly because i was gay and trying to hide it
college ones - i was too nervous and didnt like PDA basically because i was bullied around my sexuality

another was just so so over clingy
