That's what I though, too ;) I don't drink much, but still my balance slides :L But if you're not going to Uni, you've survived... :P

Don't really manage it just spend it when I need it if i'm being honest, don't spend it silly.

I don't use spreadsheets but I keep on top of the money I have coming in to my accounts and am careful what I spend. I used to have a document that I used when I didn't have a bank account but now I guess it's mostly in my head.

i just wing it and it fails badly
