I thought this was going to be about hot habbos then when I looked that I got mentioned in this thread. Anyway, Chris should be able to give you a better answer as him and the others do the emails now to Sulake rather than myself.
In terms of them coming up with the event names and ideas, Sulake are the ones who normally tell us what events we are doing and there has been a few odd ones over the past couple of months that you wouldn't normally see a fansite celebrate. But I guess that's part of the fun :P

Yup, Sulake list a range of events for the month and we volunteer for middle ones - we do suggest some stuff that occasionally gets implemented in the meetings but usually the events are set. It's just a coincidence HQ have had 3 events over the last week - our fansite event is later in the year, our monthly "celebration" event is in February. As for the radio thing, from the emails it looks like everyone's involved but god knows!
