It's maybe because some are more on their feminine side, I can be deep voiced at times, and high pitched at times..
I think to say what your science teacher did, is a extremely sterotypical point to make. That's like saying all woman who don't wear make up must be lesbean.

My voice is pretty much very deep, and i'm bi, so i don't see where you can just say Gay boy's balls aint dropped, Could be plenty of straight lad's out there with a high voice
