Seeing as you only want a small one, just wait until you're 16 and get consent (if it's the same as over here). If you were trying to get a full sleeve or something then ofc you might not be able to get one, but something small should be alright. I know round here you need to be 16 and have parental consent or be over 18 to get one. I know there was a huge news thing about people up North who got illegal tattoos in some dudes shed and that the guy was prosecuted over it.
Tattoos are cool and if they're done by a professional with the right gear, then yeah go for it. The only problem with getting one when you're underage indicates the tattoo artist doesn't/might not care about the laws surrounding it and therefore I would question their equipment and how safe it would be.
OR just stop over in Bali on your way home and get one for like $50 (joke lol you'd get all sorts of diseases)
No I've not got any tattoos yet :)

I always think with tattoos: if you would've got one done 5 years ago, what would you have got?
Now think about what you were into 5 years ago and whether you are now. Most of us change tastes in a very short period of time.

I'm with Dan on this - in 10 years time you may not be the same person as you are now. People change and their interests change.
Then again it depends on the tattoo. If it's something you've always wanted then sure but I would wait until you are old enough. My girlfriend had a tattoo when she was 18. She doesn't regret it but she wished she didn't have it done. Then again she had one done about two years ago and loves it.

If an artist is willing to tattoo someone underage then chances are their work is crap. Wait until your of age and then pay more to get a good one

As loads of people have said, anywhere you will be able to get one done will be dodgy. Do you really want to come home and have to face the consequences of infection? I've got a friend who got a tattoo done when she was 15 (along with her friend who got her lip pierced at the same time) and they got it done in the back of a van. Both of them had horrible infections and it was just UGH.
A less important issue is that you won't want to get it done. You're still growing up and still very impressionable at 15. Even if you don't think they are, your tastes will be changing ALL the time. Anything you get done will either be embarrassing or just average in as little as 2 years time. Don't do it yet!

I'd wait if i were you pal. You'll probs do the complete opposite but what's a few years? You might despise tattoos by then :P. If i was to ever get a tattoo it would be for a good reason, a family member passing away etc, have something on my skin that obviously I'm not going to hate in years to come as it's sentimental.

I got my first at 16, 2nd at 17 and 3rd at 18. The only one at a proper studio was the one I got done at 18. The other 2 were by my uncle and personally I hate the one I got done at 16 because my body has changed since then and my thigh stretched so personally I'd wait if I were you
