loads better now i went to the gym for a few months n ran a lot. like the improvement was significant n i can now run for ages without needing to stop
I have asthma and I am unfit so pretty easily :(
I try to stay in shape (rounds a shape?) but i still lose my breath fairly quickly, then again i've suffered with severe asthma + I'm unhealthy lmao
Takes me a while, although if I am walking up more than like 3 flights of stairs then that will normally get me. Had to walk up 10 at uni today :l
I need to lose some weight AND I'm awful at exercise so I get out of breath really really easily :(
Other than concentrating so hard that I hold my breath not very easily. I have lots of stamina.
