Last week I got chest pains and was rushed to hospital, the hospital didn't know what was wrong and my pain had subsided by the time the doctor saw me. The same happened on Thursday and I went to hospital again, but they still don't know what's wrong. Luckily, I've been fine since then, but they said make an appointment with my GP and see if I need to be referred to a specialist, but if I get the chest pains again I need to go straight back to hospital. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow, but I think it was just a bad week for me! However, it made me realise I need to put my health first, as at the moment I'm doing a shift at work (4 hours) and coming home being stupidly tired and drained, which means I won't manage Content Design to its full potential hence I decided to step down! Although I am fine please don't worry :P.

@welshcake; I'm going to make use of the suggestion forum don't worry :).
