I'm bisexual and (almost) completely out - I don't see a point to go round shouting about it or introduce myself as "Hello I'm Laura and I'm bisexual" so unless I happened to have a girlfriend I don't think many people would assume that. When I was with my ex gf people assumed I was lesbian. Bisexual is like the "invisible" sexuality in my experience...

Gosh Laura, didn't you know? You can only be bisexual if you're single! People tend not to accept that you're bisexual if you're ever in a relationship, because you're obviously with that one gender and that one relationship has to define your entire sexuality.

Yes, all the time. People get the impression I'm gay!

All jokes aside, people (before I happen to mention I'm gay) tend to think I'm straight. Then they do this whole thing where they say they already knew - when they were quite surprised when I told them.

nah I've never been in the situation were someone's mistook my sexuality. which is probably quite surprising considering how me and my mates act, but it's all in humour

I am 21, came out of a relationship not too long ago and currently seeing someone now haha
