Cant be unbanned after 6 months?

I had a nightmare with my account, it was stolen and then sold on a few times and they bought credits. habbo finally verified me, removed the safety questions, then a couple days later a random girl commented on teh ticket saying the info i provided does not match so we cant help you and now my account is banned for scamming?
