THANKS but I care :( I feel like I'm being dismissed and people have actually complained about me at work which isn't cos of what I do but because they think I shouldn't have an opinion cos I'm young and don't know what I'm talking about/don't deserve the responsibility

I work in a really big uni though remember, I represent my department at a lot of senior groups and I don't wanna get dismissed because it will stop my whole department from being represented in the needs of the uni etc

Also yeah, been told that people have complained about me when all I've done is pretty much just be strong but cos im a YOUNG LOOKKIN GIRL i can't possibly know what I mean so what I do and say gets really quickly dismissed. Not good for where I work or my reputation/career :(

Awh you look nice with a fringe! Doesn't make you look 10 but I guess doesn't make you look older. I personally think it's just your face and unless you get one of those middle aged cuts the others have joked about I think you're stuck with it.
