My close friendship group is like 8 people.
But I also include maybe another 5 as friends too.
I constantly fear losing friends via drifting apart. I *always* make an effort - but some people you have to let go when there's no mirror energy.

I often worry about me not making enough effort or seeing some of my friends enough... or even striking up a convo with them... Then I remember that a phone works both ways
I've lost a few friends because they made next to no effort, I'd give it a go before I write them off of course.
Idk how you have 8 close friends, I wouldn't even say I have 8 friends, let alone close ones haha.
I have loads of people I talk to on a monthly/bi-weekly basis, but only a handful I speak to daily
I have quite a few friends but they're in about six completely separate groups that have nothing to do with each other. I often imagine what it'd be like if they mixed and met up sometime and honestly I think quite a few of them wouldn't get on.
Of my six groups, I have maybe 9 people I speak to on an almost daily basis either via message or in real life. I'm quite sociable and like to keep myself connected. Also I think thanks to growing up using Habbo so much I really value online messaging and get a lot more gratification from it than my friends who maybe didn't grow up on the internet lol. It can be just as important to me as face to face interaction sometimes, or at least is a worthy replacement if we're both really busy and/or far away from each other. Anyone else on here know what I'm talking about or is it just me?
