If I'm at my boyfriends it's one of his t shirts and underwear (used to be just a t shirt, but I got paranoid after a fire happened in a nearby flat that I'd have to run out at like 1am so I wear underwear with the shirt now :')).

Also I usually don't wear anything at all to bed but the last couple of nights it's been so cold that I've worn boxers and a tshirt
A t-shirt and sweatpants or pyjama top and pants
Maybe no pants if it's hot
I tend to sleep nude - i get really hot at night and end up sleeping coverless anyway. Unless its really cold ill whack on some think PJs
Cold = Onesie
Hot = Just PJ bottoms
Sometimes I wear socks aswell, but thats only if my feet are very cold
