No, when you can't remember your pin, you can still deposit, using that cool looking thing, but you cant withdraw from the normal bank booth...it makes sense to me :)
I like the idea of the pin, it could save you a lot of stuff...

I don't really see the point in it O.O
They're incase you forget your pin, insted of having to wait 7 days for them to reset it you can still bank your stuff, just not withdraw it.Quote:
