Maybe if they paid in furni they might be able to get some decent people to work as hobbas instead of people whos only motivation is to use their position to gain advantage.

If they want to get paid they can apply to become a moderator.

They don't do it for money.

No, it would mean people would become hobbas to have money, & wouldn't be truly dedicated to thier job.

I wouldnt be truly dedicated to a job that didnt pay. And if I wouldnt care if I lost that job.

I would have dedication to a paying job and i would be worried about losing that job for doing something silly. Like banning ppl for silly reasons. (not that hobbas ever ban for silly reasons)
