Why is Jibbi getting fried?

She got fired, just they didn;'t wanna make her look foolish so they let her say she was quiting and going to Peru to help Children, She might be going to help Children in Peru, while she crys about getting fired lol

I dont think she managed to become fired. I think she wanted to stop working as Hotel manager and find a better job to suit herself.
