I have had people add me to Instant Messengers, without my permission, without me even giving out my address on the forums they went to, asking if they may use my images, some offering money for them. When I didn't accept their offer, they simply took my work without permission, and thats why I know post that message on most of my work.

That copyright notice isn't currently correct, I use to use it as a template, and sMedia has currently switched to a new name, new licence etc. Though the conditions still apply, everything about your rights to the images remains the same, with or without the copyright.

I like it it looks cool but the cargo things are a bit dodgey. And that copyright stuff is weird... u would say they have changed name wouldn't you!

:P I don't try to go for a exact Habbo style, Habbo's pixel art style is too basic, and plain. Though I don't try to go for a Coke Music style ether :P

ok, i dont want to get into a debate about this, but if you dont have a copyright to it, you dont have any more "right" to them as anyone else

Very true. I didn't intend for this thread to be a discussion of copyright, I guess from now on I will just post the simple "Please do not distribute" message.
