Why won't it let me use the PM system when i am in the Help Desk Staff group?

I can be forum mod. I used to lease my own vB forum a year ago. I think I still remember how to install some hacks like the radio hack, umm... subscriptions, chat, arcade, and maybe some others. I know it just not on the top of my head since it was like one year ago.

we already have subscriptions :0 a radio would be nice tho :D

Im admin of my own vb :) www.mangacars.co.uk/forums and i did have loads of hacks but i lost them when i upgraded.
and i converted a skin for jabbatown since the 1 they wanted wasnt released for 3.5.0.

And I own a ipb 2.1.1 and I no its different but not much different and thats at www.jabbaforum.com . I dont own that site, My gaming site was going no where so i deleted my forum from there and let them use it :D
