I think you could do Ahrims and Karils with Melee, but i dont't think you could do Veracs, Guthan, Torag and Dharok

i only really wanna do 1 then go :) i cba to take food and all that stuff

no not really can i just kill 1 and get a good drop or dont they drop

They dont drop, you can other get stuff from completing the Maze/tunnels
