Hair colour, in depth.

My hairs blonde, I'd say medium blonde, it's like a golden colour, then I have these whispy bits that don't seem to grow, and they are white, so I don't know. *Cries*.

P.S - I've got light-eyebrow syndrome too! Lol, I've never thought about tinting them. O.o
I put brown eyeshadow on them sometimes.
