It's not about favourtism, it's not about experiance, it depends if;

1; User has gave a good app
2; The have a good history and have next to none usernotes (If they break forum rules moderators leave usernotes!)
3; Jacks loving to them :D :rolleyes:

Once again people have jumped to their own conclusion that all the new moderators are Seacat's and Baving's best mates.
If they really wanted to then they could not open application's and select the people they think would be the best which then does not allow everyone to get a fair chance.
They go through every application recieved and view your profile, user notes, posts, reputation etc.
Just because you have been a super moderator on another forum doesn't mean you will be selected to be a moderator.

Anyway congratulations new triallists and good luck :)

For me it took 3 and a half weeks from when the applications were closed to when the trailists were annouced. I think because of the hackings in January.
