I've already indicated to you, when I said the majority of your opinions come across naive and narrow-minded I wasn't reffering to this thread but moreso a wider range of threads you have been posting in this week. I said to you, that I respect your opinion upon this matter and agree that it is a widely believed opinion.

I fail to see how you cannot respond to my challenge of the argument. You claim global warming isn't caused by humans at all and is solely nature. I then posted in response to that disagreeing saying that of course nature does have a role, but so do we as humans and we are responsible for helping speed it up.

I have said that it's been happening for many years, therefore Humans don't contribute to it at all.

Let's say when the Earths first Warmign Period, it took 100 years? yeah, well all of them are not going to take 100 years are they, some will take thousands of years and some will be 60 years long, 30 years long, 2 million years long, Just because this one is 'considered' fast doesn't mean we speed it up.

Also to let you know, I missed your post but when I look at it, I have already covered these things before.

I do respond to peoples posts, but sometimes I prefer to not quote peoples posts and do a 'general reply' to everyone.

I only reinstate what I have said when people either quote me and say 'it does exist' which means they have completely ignored what I have stated.

Discussing? No pal, I think you need to learn discussing. Discussing is when you actually consider other point's of view and peoples opinions. You simply have your own set point of view and simply reinstate it repeatedly. I also find, generally, a lot of your views on things are quite deluded and childish - for example in relation to the whole benoit thing, with you so definite that it was all fake and stuff although it was basically a proven fact it had happened.

Anyhoo, I have better things to do rather than waste more time on the likes of you. :)

I have looked at both sides of the arguement..

But I just don't see an arguement to say Global Warming exists, also would you like me in one post to argue for, then in the next post argue against it?, i'd get flamed and i'd be posting things which I don't believe in.

I also find it strange how you didn't have a go at the other persion who said it was a load of bull, but they went into less detail about it.

Anyhoo, I find it strange how in every thread you seem determined to have a go at me then when it's time for you to go you say 'I don't want to waste time', why even awknowlege my posts if it's a waste of time?

I believe humanity has a effect on wildlife by cutting down trees and forests but I don't accept the carbon issue.

When we find factorys that were around billions of years ago, then I will believe its us.

But that's not going to happen, people need to face that it's happened before and the tempertures will always change.

Billions of years ago they may have increased what, fourthfold, but not one hundrethfold like they are now. Exactly since the industrial revolutioon and since carbon emissions were released into the atmosphere, the number has not crept up, but shot up over the charts.

It SERIOUSLY has had an effect since the insustrial revolution.

Maybe back then there may have been more volcanic activity, but we would be able to trace this activity now, and there is no pattern between natural gases being released and the ammount that is spilled into the atmosphere.

You're missing the point, I'm not denying that it's happened before and that it's natural, nor do I believe that isopods made factories, but also I'm not saying that humans are the only (or indeed even the most prominant by far) source of the "problem" of global warming - only that we do in some way affect it.

I agree with you that it's been blown out of proportion and that people worry too much about it, and hence I'm not about to preach about saving the planet or whatever (and at any rate, I don't care), but it's undeniable that we contribute.

I laughed when I saw the msn article, absolute crap.

In the 1700's, the water level used to be around 1 metre higher than it was today, so really isn't that the opposite of what they say is happening to the ice caps?

The reason why people think this is because we have built many houses on flood plains, so when it floods and the media say 'this is what is happening because of us', people are fooled, they think it's this Global Warming rubbish but in reality them pieces of land have always flooded.

Also tempertures can change every 10 years, for example you can have a 100 years of adverage temperture 23 C, then for 10 years the adverage turns into 25 C, solar flares and tilt of eart effect the climate.

Al Gore is another one of these climate idiots, he flys around the world telling us all to stop flying, his house pollutes much more than other houses and now there doing a concert which many people will drive to and it will take lots of Coal and Oil to power the venue.

They are all completley talking through their backsides and I am no supporter of George W Bush, but at least he hasn't been swallowed by all this media scare mongering.

Again, I don't believe we are the sole - or even a major - cause of it, just that we contribute. Yes it's happened before, yes it will happen again many times before the Earth dies, I'm not trying to deny that at all.
